International Shipping

Shipping Time Frame

  • Shipping within United Sates is free and we ship using USPS, which will be delivered in 2 working days via priority mail or FedEx home delivery for any size that is in our ready stock.
  • Shipping to Canada and Mexico will have additional amount, which varies from item to item and you can see it at the time of checkout from our website.
  • Shipping internationally usually varies between USD50-60 which you can check at the time of checkout from our website.
  • It will take us at least 48-72 hours to prepare your order and get it dispatched toward your desired address provided to us through priority shipping service, which will further deliver your goods in 3-4 working days max.
  •  We have fixed procedures andwe process every order during weekdays Monday to Friday.
  • For any orders of Mexico, we will ship via Ship America service. And any order for Canada, will be shipped using Purolator service from Illinois to Canada.
  • Note that we do not ship to PO Box. This is because we require signature acknowledgement on our every shipment. Thus requiring the client to acknowledge the receiving of the shipment. 
  • Sometimes we may ship the order directly from our overseas factory if your desired particular size or color product is not in stock. It will not change the order-managing period, which is of 2 days, as it remains the same.
  • The only difference would be of the courier service, which will be dispatched through DHL for North America and if your orders were from Europe then it would be shipped out through Sky net service.

 

Return Policy

  1. If you want to return back the purchased item. The product can be returned within 30 days after the transaction has occurred and will be accepted/returned/refund if the received product is in its original condition and packaging. Our restocking fee is 20%, which will be charged. 
  2. For customers within United States, you can return it back to our Glendale Heights, IL. Kindly contact us first so we can guide you how our return procedure is carried out. 
  3. For customers in Canada, they can return it back to our Amazon fulfillment center address which we can guide you when you contact us. Same goes for European customers returning the product back to Amazon fulfillment center addresses available in 5 European countries including Italy, Germany, France, Spain and United Kingdom.
  4. Customers in Australia can return to our Sydney address and Asian customers can return back to our Singapore address. 
  5. If a wrong product is sent to you on our behalf we will cover the return cost and will deliver you the correct replacement as early as possible. 
  6. If you want to change the product then you will have to return the product at your own cost to our nearest available warehouse and we will charge up to 20% re-stocking fee which equals to at least $25 whichever is higher if it is for United States and in case of International orders, we will only keep the initial shipping cost which we charged you and there is no re-stocking fee in that case.
